What: 3 Mile Run
Where: Struble Trail
It’s getting cooler here, and it seems to be affecting the speed at which I am warming up. First 3/4 mile I felt like I was running through cobwebs.
Out was in 12:10, reflecting that. Back in… was 11:50. I again pushed it to negative split and get in at 24:00. I’ll probably pay for that during my long run tomorrow. Well, ‘long’. 5 miles.
