3 Mile Run (Pace)

What: 3 Mile Run @ Projected Half Marathon Pace
Where: Struble Trail
Is it possible for a run to be relaxing? My goal half marathon pace is 9 minute miles. This felt like a nice little jog, without ever really pushing.
Out was 13:15. Back was 12:37. Total was 25:52.
That’s an 8:50 pace out, an 8:18 pace back (!), and a total pace of 8:34. And I was constantly pulling back and trying to make it an easy pace run. Very happy with this one.

Sounds like you’ll probably want to reassess your goal as time goes on.
