6 Mile Run
Who: Team Challenge
What: 6 Mile Run
Where: Doylestown
Challenging run. Started waaaay too fast and then of course had a crash about halfway through. Finished strong though. We didn’t have a huge turnout due to weather, and I was the only one that did the intermediate. On the upside, that means I basically got a free personal training session.
My body’s reaction was odd. I have been having stomach issues. When I got home Saturday afternoon… I think through a combination of the run being challenging and my body being weak from fighting a minor flare-up… I just crashed. Hard. I napped Saturday afternoon. And when I woke up, I felt more cranky and a little worse. Slept through Saturday night, slept in Sunday. No nap on Sunday, but I was tired all day. I’m feeling a bit better now… only after a good night’s sleep on Sunday night do I feel that way though. Weird crash.
Anyway… I backdated this post back to Saturday so technically when I’m talking about Sunday and Monday I’m addressing the fuuuuuuture. Stats… after the jump.
