What: 40 Minute Crosstrain: Bike
Where: Struble and Uwchlan trails
First garmin workout with the bike. It worked great as a bike computer, especially with the footpod for cadence. I may remove the heart rate portion of the workout monitor thing so I can actually see the cadence, because as you’ll see, my heart rate doesn’t go very high on bike workouts. Amy said there’s some rule for that and that it is normal. Yay, normal!
Just one other observation. I’m embarrassingly slow on the bike. It is a mountain bike, not built for speed. But still. I also don’t know what I’m doing on the bike. But I think this workout accomplished the goal.

Time: 36:16 (The garmin cut me at 7 cuz that’s what I put as distance)
Average Pace: 5:10 /mi
Average Speed: 11.6 mph (sheesh)
Average heart rate: 137 bpm
Max heart rate: 156 bpm
