What: 5 Mile Recovery Run
Where: Planet Fitness Downingtown
Not much to say here. I ran the quarter mile up to the gym. I ran 4.5 on a treadmill, because I wanted to avoid dark and cold. I ran the quarter mile back from the gym. The great thing about THAT was I ran back in the dark and cold… soaked in sweat. That’s probably great for me!
I still haven’t calibrated my footpod for the garmin, because I am lame and lazy. So there are no stats… after the jump.
