Monday runs are hard mentally for me, apparently. Especially now that I’m doing runs that are pretty long for me, I think. I mean… 8 is still my farthest run. And midweek runs are getting up there.

Confession time. It was a 4.5 mile run on the chart. I did 4. Mentally even that was tough. I’m okay with 4 today inside, all things considered. Outside was cold and dark and rainy, too. And when I was walking back out, some of the rain was bouncing off the ground in such a manner as to indicate some of it was frozen. Just a greaaaat day for motivation.
