What: 45 Minute Crosstrain (Elliptical)
Where: Planet Fitness Downingtown
This is not meant as a brag. I swear. I’m as amazed as you are. But after doing so much running, I feel like I could go forever on the elliptical. I did 45 minutes for crosstraining and didn’t feel at all winded. I think this is good - cardio without wear and tear.
Tomorrow is a 40 minute crosstrain. Maybe the bike?
