The cat was very active last night.

Apparently, Smaug spent much of the night pacing and whatnot. I woke up to find him sitting on the chair nearest the bed, watching the area closely. Ali said he had actually been sitting on the edge of the bed earlier, facing out, as if he was guarding us.

Now, he does that frequently. He guards me while I take a shower, for instance. So, the question to you is, was he active and on-guard last night because he is a little psycho? Or... was he defending us from halloween death ghouls!
