Google Whacking Google whacking is

Google Whacking

Google whacking is apparently the hot new 'sport' that geeks are playing over the internet. I was exposed to it earlier this week when I read about it in the Internet Tourbus, a web publication that comes highly recommended by this author.

Google whacking, simply put, is the attempt to find that elusive query with two words (no quote marks) that produces a single solitary result. If you'd like to read more, I refer you to the page of the guy who claims to invent it. If his site is even up. It has been down two out of the three times I've checked it. Maybe he should spend his time inventing a more reliable webhost!

To make a (now interminably) long story short, I hit a google whack on my very first try:
ouroboros pontification

There is apparently a scoring method, but I really don't feel like figuring out what that google whack scored. Seems to me it should be pretty high, so I'm just going to exist with that impression and go on with my life.
